Whenever you visit a Military website and this includes quite a number of Civil Air Patrol web sites, you should read the following and be aware of it, as this will apply to you the visitor of that site. This information is simply to let you know that the DOD sites do not take kindly to hackers and the like. So the following is a typical disclosure on a DOD site. The
9-1-1 Fire Police Medical Web is not on a DOD server, but we agree with what the DOD currently does on their sites.

Monitoring includes active attacks by authorized DoD entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. All information, including personal information, placed on or sent over this system may be monitored. 

Unauthorized use, attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative, criminal or other adverse action. 

Use of this system, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring for these purposes. 

Information presented on these pages is considered public information and may be distributed or copied, unless restricted by access. Information that is restricted by access is considered Protected from Disclosure. Any person who intentionally Distributes, Reproduces, or Discloses its content is subject to the penalties set forth in 18 USC Sec. 2511 and/or related State and Federal Laws.
